From the moment my elderly parents and I arrived at Hili Rayhaan Rotana, we were enveloped in a haven of warmth and care. the kind staff, particularly Evie or Eve, showed a sweet attitude towards my parents, ensuring their comfort at every turn. the air conditioning was efficient, creating a comfortable retreat from the inclement weather outside, while the electric kettle and tea facilities added a homely touch to our experience. the prompt and professional service extended from valet parking to housekeeping, surpassing our expectations and solidifying our decision to return and recommend this exceptional hotel to all.
